What credit cards do you accept?

Pride Travel's booking system accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Debit Cards. According to new measures taken by international banking system your card accounts should be 3 D secure for full security. Please check these pages for more info about 3-D secure cards: Visa Card 3 D Secure Cards and MasterCard 3D Secure Cards. Payments with American Express and with other similar cards are possible via mail order, in which case extra 4 % surcharges will apply. Please note that if you provide an American Express or Diners Club credit card for payment of your booking, the transaction may be charged in a different currency to the one in which your booking rates were quoted. The cost of your booking is converted using our bank's exchange rates on the day of the transaction.

What is your website security standards?
Our booking system uses SSL certificates with all transactions, though you can not see it on your browser on embedded frame some pages 
Who will charge my credit card ?
We have special contracts and discounted prices from hotels all around Turkey but your credit card will be charged by Konuk Turizm the major provider of online booking system in Turkey. We have legal agreement with Konuk Turizm as their Turkey representative, to protect our client's rights.
Can I reserve more than one room at a time?
Yes. You can book up to 4 rooms in a single transaction. For group reservations of 5 or more rooms, you can submit a Group Hotel Request or contact a group travel specialist at +90 212 5270671.
How do I make a reservation for someone else?
  1. Choose a property, providing check-in and check-out dates.
  2. From the property detail page, click the "Booking" button. This will take you to the first step of the reservation process.
  3. You have two options for booking on Step 1:
    1. If your guest has never booked with Pride Tarvel and you would like to create an account for that person, you may choose the first option.
    2. If your guest has booked with Pride Travel, and you have their password and the email used to create that account, you may choose the second option.
      Enter the name of the guest checking into the property and a phone number for the guest while traveling. You will need to provide the guest's email address so they receive a copy of the itinerary.
      Enter credit card and billing address information, making sure to accept the terms and conditions statement at the bottom of the page. Click "Continue Purchase" to complete the reservation.
      Please note, a valid photo id and credit card are required at check-in, and certain age restrictions vary from property to property.
  4. You check your reservation for correct and '' Confirm Purchase'' Your reservation will finish.
After Booking
How do I get a receipt for my hotel room?

The system will send you a confirmation email automatically and a link to your voucher which also serves as your receipt. Upon check-out, you will receive a receipt from the hotel detailing any additional charges you might have incurred throughout your stay.

How can I see a listing of reservations I have booked?
You can see your reservations if you log in and view My Account.
When I called the hotel directly they informed me they did not have a booking in my name. What do I do now?
If you call the hotel more than 7 days prior to your check-in date, they may not be able to find your reservation by name. Names of customers booking our allotments are submitted to hotels 5-7 days prior to check-in. Please provide them with the confirmation details that are printed on your voucher. In the unlikely event that the hotel is still unable to locate your booking please contact our customer service department.
What should I do if I didn't receive a confirmation email after making my reservation?
Do no forget to check spam box/bulk folder of your email account if you do not get the confirmation e-mail in your inbox. Please use contact form to inform us if you do not see it there also. You may need to add travelagencyturkey.com to your "allowed" senders list to receive confirmation emails and information regarding future bookings.
What is the confirmation / accommodation voucher?
This is confirmation of your payment to us. Once your card is charged and thus your reservation is confirmed we will send you an email with a link to your Voucher. Please print out a copy and keep this document safe. You will have to present it at the hotel during check-in procedures. Should you lose or damage the voucher, please re-visit the link and print another copy of the Voucher. If you have any further problems you must contact us immediately and we will assist you.
How can I request an early check in or a late check out?
If you want to request an early check in or a late check out, please include the information in the 'additional requests' section when filling out the reservation form.

Please note: Early check in and late check out are subject to the availability of the room and cannot be confirmed until the day of check in or check out. We can advise the hotel of your request, and they will try their best to accommodate your needs. If you plan to arrive more than 6 hours prior to the hotels check in time, and want to guarantee that you will be able to check into your room on arrival, you will need to book the night prior to the date of arrival. Example: If the check in time for a hotel is 2 pm and you are planning to arrive at 4 am on January 5, you will need to book for January 4 AND January 5, as hotels are not able to organise check in at such an early hour.

If I cancel my booking, will I get a refund?
An administration cancellation fee applies to all bookings that are cancelled after full payment is received and the booking is confirmed. Additional cancellation fees depend on supplier policies, which are clearly stated on the payment page. The earlier we receive your cancellation notice the better the chance of avoiding supplier cancellation penalties.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Your credit card details are encrypted onto our database using 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer). It is stored securely at all times and will never be shared to unauthorized third parties. 
Why was my payment declined?

Generally, payments are declined if our billing system is unable to verify the billing information you've submitted. Here's a troubleshooting checklist of possible causes:
• Your Card is not 3D Secure:
Our system requires 3-D secure credit cards mainly for security. Pl
ease check these pages for more info about 3-D secure cards: Visa Card 3 D Secure Cards and MasterCard 3D Secure Cards.
• Incorrect credit or debit card number:

Make sure that the credit card or debit card number we have on file for you is correct and up-to-date.
• Incorrect expiration date:
Review the expiration date on your credit card or debit card. If your card expired, use an up-to-date credit card or debit card.
• Credit card limit reached:
Check your credit limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit on the day we attempted to charge your card. Your credit card should have enough available credit to cover your monthly advertising budget. If your card does not have enough credit, decrease your daily budget, or enter a new credit card with a higher credit limit. You may also ask your bank to increase your credit limit.
• Card doesn't accept charges from an online source:
Make sure your card allows online transactions. If not, talk to your credit card company or enter a new credit card to process the charge.
• Card doesn't allow for automated billing:
Ask your credit card company if they allow automated billing, or if they occasionally call to verify a charge. If approved by your bank, retry your current card or enter a new card to process the charge.
• Card doesn't allow for international transactions:
Make sure that your card can accept international charges. If not, try entering a new card to process the charge.

Do I have to send my credit card details online?
We encourage all our clients to submit their credit card information via our secure online credit card form. This makes it easier for us to process your booking requests quicker and more efficiently.
When will my credit card be charged?
If your booking has Instant Confirmation, your credit card is charged for the full amount immediately after you submit the credit card form, and the Confirmation/Accommodation Voucher is then sent to the email address you specified. If the booking is on request, pending confirmation from the hotel, or we are waiting for an answer from you regarding your request, your credit card is charged ONLY when we receive confirmation from the hotel or yourself.

Please note that if you are booking more than one Instant Confirmation room, your reservation may revert to 'on request' basis as we may only have one guaranteed room with the hotel.
Can I pay with more than one credit card?
Yes. You are able to provide payment with multiple credit cards. If you require to pay using more than one credit card, please make reservation for separated per person for each credir card, all credit cards needing to be charged. If you wish to alter a credit card after it has been charged, and the booking completed, a cancelltion fee will apply.
I don't have a credit card, can I pay cash on arrival?
We do not accept payment by cash on arrival at the hotel. All bookings through our service require pre-payment by credit card only.
Are taxes included in the rate?
ALL taxes and charges ARE included in the room rate.

Registration and Personal Details
I forgot my password. What must I do?
Very simply, if you click on the forgotten password tab on the left of your page and enter you email address, we'll send your password directly to your email address.
I want to change my password. What can I do?
If you want to change your password please click my account button on the home page of our website and enter your current user name and password. You will be given the option to change your personal details.
How can I change my email address?
To change your login details, first you need to login to our system and go to your user panel my account button. Click  change my details.

Pride Travel is committed to ensuring our customers' privacy and security of all information collected. In accordance with the privacy legislation introduced on January 1, 2005, this Privacy Policy outlines the information collection practices utilized by Pride Travel, how that information is used and the choices you can make about the way the information you provide to us is collected and used.

The information we collect
When you make a booking via the Pride Travel web site, we need to collect information about you to process the transaction and fulfil your order. This information includes, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your contact details (email, phone, fax) and your credit card details. When you submit a request via our email support forms, we also collect your name and email so that we may respond to your request or query as quickly as possible.

How we use the information
When you become a member of Pride Travel or submit a booking request, we use the collected information in several ways:

Personal identification and verification
To complete your hotel reservation
To allow us to contact you for customer service, if required
To make improvements to the Pride Travel web site
In addition, if you have opted to sign up for membership offered by our website, your email address will be used to send you an email message confirming your new member registration. As a member you, will occasionally receive updates from us about special rate offers, newsletters and any noteworthy changes to the website. However, you may always unsubscribe from receiving these email messages.

Credit Card information
Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by COMODO. Our server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. This means we can guarantee that it is totally safe to send us your credit card details.

We may, from time to time, use "cookies" to store your preferences, record session information and collect information on how you visit and access our Web pages. We collect information on the Web pages visited by our customers in order to help us to continue improving our services. How do you price the hotels ?
Pride Travel offers last minute access to hotel rooms through a real time booking engine. Our hotel partners often use our system as an extension of their own sales and reservations departments, and are able to change their rates daily on our website so as to sell rooms that may otherwise be left unsold. This ensures that we offer our customers the best room rates available on any day, up to three weeks in advance
