a hotel
room of 1/3 size costs twice at the same neighborhood.
The flat provides all facilities of an apart hotel room.

RATES AND
RESERVATION CONDITIONS |
DAILY RENTING:
*Cash payment will be requested. Full payment will be requested on
check in date.
*For secure bookings a small amount of advance payment (100-150 Euro) will be requested
in advance and will be kept as deposit to protect the goods & furniture in
house, which will be refunded at check out
after returning your key. Advance payment is optional but priority will be
given to whomever makes this payment for a specific period.
*Any taxes and daily expenses except breakfast, meals and house keeping
services are included for daily
renting. The flat will be cleaned once before check-in.
*A contract will be signed during check-in, to protect mutual rights and
each part will have a copy of it.
MONTHLY/LONG TERM RENTING:
Daily expenses such as electricity, water ADSL, phone calls etc will be paid additionally.
Depending on duration, a deposit (200-600 Euro) will be requested additionally
for furniture, goods and additional daily expenses, to be refunded at check
out in case all payments are made properly.
A contract will be signed during check-in, to
protect mutual rights.
Payments can also be made by the current cross rate of the payment day, in
US Dollars, GB Pounds or YTL

Airport
Arrival options:
1) A taxi ride from the main Ataturk International Airport costs
around 40-50 Turkish Lira or 20-25 Euro. I will send a Turkish map for taxi drivers,
for those who are interested. Taxi is recommended for those who have a lot of luggage.
2) There are regular shuttles of Havas Company from Ataturk Airport every half-an-hour to Taksim. (last station is 300 meters from the
house. See the
map for Havas Station in Taksim, with respect to the house.
Recommended for those who have little luggage and single persons.
Some cheap charter flights arrive to Sabiha Gokcen
Airport on Asian side of Istanbul. In this case taxi would be
expensive - around 100 Lira (50-60 Euro) But there are Havas shuttles to
Taksim for each arriving flight

3)
Private airport transfer can also be arranged upon request (40 Euro 1
way from Ataturk Airport, additional payment/per transfer-not per person)
PS: You will be met at the flat by the flat's owner in all cases, but
will be provided with a detailed map to make it easier. There is no problem
with late night/early morning arrivals/check in.
