WHAT IS INCLUDED:
Open Buffet breakfast, and all taxes and services are included in
these prices.
AIRPORT TRANSFER:
-One way free transfer from Ataturk International Airport to hotel
is provided for minimum 3 nights stay.
-20 Euro will be requested, if you want transfer from Ataturk
Airport to Hotel for visits less than 3 nights.
-Airport transfer from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (on Asian part of the
city) can also be organized if the additional cost is paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservation changes and cancellations need to be communicated in
writing, at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival (or, after
check-in, rescheduled departure date) or 1 room-night will be charged.
In order for the change or cancellation to be valid, you need to receive
a written confirmation from us. For long stays or group reservations
special cancellation conditions may apply. If so, they will be
communicated prior to your final confirmation. .
This request form will be delivered to the Hotel's reservation
department directly.
We will not
intervene your reservation process, as long as you or your hotel do not
request any help from us.
