They apply to all bookings made via our website and by telephone, and to all members of your party travelling under each individual booking reference number. Pride Travel and/or the accommodation supplier reserves the right to accept or decline any request for accommodation, at their sole discretion. All products featured are prior to confirmation and subject to availability. We have the right to change any aspect of the website or its content, including availability, features, and prices, at any time

Terms and Conditions (Click on below titles to read details)

When your booking is confirmed and payment has been taken, a binding contract with the accommodation provider (supplier) comes into existence. The date of your contract is the date that appears on the invoice. When you book accommodation via our website, the status of the booking and current confirmation status will be available via the My Acount section of http://www.travelagencyturkey.com/signin.htm We recommend that you periodically check this area if you are awaiting confirmation, following making your request for accommodation.

Once the contract has started, an Invoice and Accommodation Voucher will be made available via the My Booking section. Please print this voucher and take it with you to the accommodation. It is important that you check these documents carefully as soon as your booking is confirmed, and that you report any discrepancies to us prior to the date of travel.

In the rare event that you are unable to be checked into your accommodation, in the first instance please contact the accommodation provider, who will be able to assist you.. We will then arrange for you to be moved by the Accommodation Provider, assuming alternative accommodation is available.

Prices

Rates are per room per night, not per person. Our rates are not stable, they may fluctuate. Payment is taken in USD and EUR.

Single Room : 1 single bed for 1 person Double Room : 1 double bed for 2 persons
Twin Room : 2 single beds for 2 persons
Twin/Double plus Child Room : 3 single beds/ 1 double 1 single bed for 2 adults and 1 child
Triple Room : 3 single beds / 2 single and 1 rollaway or sofa bed / 1 double and 1 single bed/ 1 double and 1 rollaway or sofa bed for 3 persons.

While many are able to organize extra beds and/or cots in your room, please note that we cannot guarantee any requests as they are subject to availability and should be honored by the hotel. Please contact the hotel prior to your arrival to see if it is possible. You will find the hotel contact details on your confirmation e-mail.

All prices quoted are Euros or (US$) Dollars, depending on the currency type you select at the start of the booking process. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you book. Prices are quoted in full, including taxes and service charges at the time of the booking. Because we act as an agent, the payment we receive will be held by us on behalf of the accommodation provider.

Please note that while we display the approximate US$ and Euro amounts for accommodation. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your bank.

Prices can go up or down, but we guarantee that once you have booked, the price on your booking confirmation will not change unless you make an amendment to the booking details at any stage following confirmation. We reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. We will do so as soon as we become aware of the error.

Please note that VAT is included in the cost of all accommodation to countries in the EU. This is not reclaimable by VAT registered persons.

Prices displayed are for 'standard' periods only. Periods incorporating events such as fairs, congresses, festivals and annual events such as Christmas and New Year may carry an additional supplement. Where that is the case, we will advise you of any additional costs before we confirm the booking.

Payment of your Accommodation:

We use the latest encryption technology to ensure that your card details are completely secure. Credit/debit card details must be provided by you at the time your booking request is made. Please ensure that you provide accurate card details as this will delay confirmation of your booking. No payment will be taken until the accommodation has been confirmed as available.

Promotional campaigns including deposits vary from time-to-time. Where a deposit is available to you, this will be clearly indicated on all pages of the booking process at the time of your request. If you have paid a deposit, full payment of the remaining balance is due no less than 5 weeks (35 days) before your scheduled arrival date. That payment will be debited automatically using the card details provided at the time of booking.

It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available at that time; all relevant dates and amounts are clearly detailed on both your Invoice and your Accommodation Voucher. Please note, if payment of the remaining balance is not forthcoming within the above timescales, Pride Travel reserves the right to cancel your accommodation reservation, and any monies paid to date will be forfeited.

Payments for extras such as a security deposit and cleaning are payable directly to the accommodation management upon arrival, normally via credit/debit card or by cash where no card is available. On arrival at the accommodation you may be asked for an imprint of your credit/debit card, so please be sure to take it with you.

Other incidental charges (such as laundry and telephone bills) should be made directly to the accommodation provider (supplier) when you check out. Payment should be made by credit card or debit card.

What is not included in the payment of the booking?

Charges for facilities such as sun beds, safety deposit boxes, tennis courts, and equipment, unless provided free of charge by the accommodation management. Note: This list is not exhaustive
Excursions and other personal expenditure.
Transfers between the resort airport and your accommodation unless specifically booked and paid for at the time of booking.
If an approximate price of a local taxi is quoted at the time of booking, we do not accept responsibility for any local price changes for this or any other.
Provision of cots for infants (unless stated at time of booking) also infants meals are not included; this also applies to All Inclusive board basis bookings.
Travel Insurance.

Special Offers

If we receive details of special offer pricing after the date of your original booking and you wish to take advantage of those rates, you may do so. However, this will first involve your original booking request being cancelled, and it will therefore be subject to our standard cancellation charges detailed further on within this document. To then re-book the same accommodation under the special offer pricing is subject to availability, as per all new booking requests.

Alternatives

In the event of accommodation not being available (prior to confirmation), we may offer alternative accommodation which may or may not cost the same. If you accept the cost and instruct us to book the alternative hotel, Pride Travel will not be liable for the difference in cost or any other related costs such as flight changes, transfers or any other.

Accommodation Descriptions and Photographs

We try to ensure that all Descriptions and Photographs are accurate. However, as a www.travelagencyturkey.com , rather than an accommodation supplier, we cannot accept liability for errors or omissions in descriptions and/or photographs; this includes the star/key rating of the property. Facilities and amenities in accommodation may be temporarily unavailable for operational reasons; where this happens we will do our best to advise customers as soon as possible.e
